Smokey Affairs

A right that we once had, has been smothered by the pessimists, based on facts and realities. Our constitutional right has been violated. We cannot smoke in public. Our freedom of choice annulled.

Many might regard smoking as a dreadful, repulsive, appalling habit but heyy!! It’s only to the unimaginative, uninspired, gloomy cynics who actually believe in stupid statistics which shows that a million people die annually due to smoking.

C’mon, they haven’t got the slightest idea that it makes you look cool and I’m being brutally honest, when I say that coloured teeth, coloured fingers, those dark luscious lips are the in thing. Added advantage, the colour doesn’t fade even with heavy duty brushing. Don’t let anyone tell you different.

After a cigarette or two, your clothes and hair will also develop a very unique whiff of fragrance caused by over 4,800 chemicals, 69 of which are known to cause cancer but they’ll help you keep unwanted women or men from getting too close.

Smoking can calm nerves, though the physicians claim otherwise. It supposedly raises heart rate and blood pressure and you’ll find it positively addictive.

People say that smoking causes cancer, so you’ll definitely know the reason for your pre mature possibly preventable death. You can happily leave this planet with a baggage of tar in your lungs, knowing that you’re taking something back to your grave.

Along the way you inherit a fortune of side effects like a hoarse voice, dazzling coloured teeth, lacklustre lips.

I propose the ban be lifted and let the nicotine, acetone, ammonia, benzene, carbon monoxide, arsenic, hydrogen cyanide flourish in the air.
